A SALE OF PRE-OWNED ART

YOUR TASTE HAS EVOLVED
— OR —
YOU WANT TO MAKE ROOM FOR NEW WORKS TO ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION
— OR —
YOU ARE DOWNSIZING

WHATEVER THE REASON, this event will provide you with a beautiful setting to sell or donate your art for the benefit of Everhart Park. This is an extraordinary opportunity for you to buy new art at an affordable price and/or find a new home for art you no longer wish to keep.

Check the closets, under your beds and storage areas!

2 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

Keep the Proceeds

HOW IT WORKS
For a pre-paid fee of $10 per work  (minimum 5 pieces —  combining with friends is allowed) you may join us in this event. You must bring a chair and stay with your art to discuss it with potential buyers and accept payment in the form of cash or checks that are made payable to you.

You will keep all proceeds.

Donate to the Park

HOW IT WORKS
Donate your art to the park. We will sell the work for you and all of the proceeds from the sale of your art will be given to Everhart Park. There is no further obligation after you drop off your work. You will receive a letter for tax purposes indicating the amount of your donation to the Park.

* Pick up unsold art at end of sale.

Entry fees are fully refunded if show is cancelled due to weather.

* If artwork is not picked up at the end of the sale, we will re-donate it to a consignment shop whose proceeds benefit Chester County non-profits (public services or the hospital).

RECYCLE YOUR ART
REQUIREMENTS

For this event we will accept:
original framed and unframed art, prints and photographs

ACCEPTED

ACCEPTABLE ART FOR THIS YEAR is original hanging art, framed and unframed prints, and photographs. The works should be clean and in good condition. We would prefer framed works, with clean glass on pastels, water colors and photographs. Oils and acrylics typically do not have glass. Unframed portfolio pieces should be ‘shrink wrapped’ or covered in cellophane to protect the images.

WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CRAFTS OR SCULPTURE THIS YEAR.

NOT ACCEPTED

We will not accept superstore or mass produced prints, water damaged, moldy, extremely faded, torn or inappropriate subject matter as deemed by our volunteer workers; attractive and clean images are most likely to be sold, benefiting both you and the park.
