A SALE OF PRE-OWNED ART

YOUR TASTE HAS EVOLVED
— OR —
YOU WANT TO MAKE ROOM FOR NEW WORKS TO ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION
— OR —
YOU ARE DOWNSIZING

WHATEVER THE REASON, this event will provide you with a beautiful setting to sell or donate your art for the benefit of Everhart Park. This is an extraordinary opportunity for you to buy new art at an affordable price and/or find a new home for art you no longer wish to keep.

Check the closets, under your beds and storage areas!

DONOR GUIDELINES & INFORMATION

We will accept hanging art, in any medium, that is clean and not in need of repair. Included would be oils, acrylics, watercolors, pencil or charcoal drawings, paper, fabric art, photography and prints. Metal and ceramic art that can be hung flat is also acceptable.

DELIVERY
DROP-OFF

Starting two weeks before the sale and up to three days before the sale, we will have multiple sites  in the Everhart Park vicinity where you may drop off your donation. When we receive your Registration Form, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time for you.

If you are unable to transport the art or need to dispose of it well in advance of the sale (starting now…), please note that in the “Comments” section at the bottom of the form. We will contact you to arrange for pick-up at a day and time that is convenient for you.

PRICING
& VALUATION

All art donated for the sale will be priced by designated members of the Friends of Everhart Park. While pricing will take into account appeal, quality and workmanship, condition, framing, reputation of artist and other factors, the art works will be priced to sell and, therefore, possibly below valuation. It is up to the donor to determine the valuation of your donated art for tax purposes and you may note the value in the “comments” section of the Registration Form. The Friends of Everhart Park is an approved 501 c-3 non-profit charity.

UNSOLD ART

Unsold work will be either stored to be placed in next year’s Recycle-Your-Art Sale or donated to a local, non-profit consignment shop , where it will still benefit other local non-profit organizations.

REGISTRATION

Click the link below to provide us with your contact information and a brief description of the art you are donating. The description will help us price your donation and plan for its display. It also serves as a receipt of your donation for tax purposes.

You may print the form before submitting or request that we send you a copy.
